Ginger Nixon called me on a Friday night at 8:30pm to see if she could show my house that I have for sale by owner.I agreed to let her show it the next day at 6:30pm. Rearranged the whole day to accommodate the showing. At 6:20pm I called her because it was 10 minutes before the interested buyers were supposed to be here. She said she oh.. I meant to call you they changed their mind because you have a septic. If I hadn't called to see why she wasnt here to show my house she wouldn't have called me. Very unprofessional!
