The physicians at ETSU Kingsport are exceptional! I can say Thank You over and over again but that doesn't even begin to describe how much these wonderful people mean to me! They saved my son's life. Dr Martin, Dr Huber, Dr Walls, Thank YOU!
You need my insurance information BEFORE making me an appointment? No you dont. What a hassle! And 4-6 weeks for an appointment with medical residents. Not patient centered care. People are tired of hearing questions about insurance and dont even ask whats the matter with a person. Caring and compassionate? No excuses.
Had a terrible experience! Was told so many lies! My first visit was told they couldn't do my referral to Vanderbilt til they had all my med info which is fine was also told they couldn't prescribe any meds first visit which was fine! Made an 2nd appointment and it was for today! Was there over 3 hrs! Still no referral and they still would not prescribe no meds! In which 4 of those weren't even narcotics! They were so rude and disrespectful! My pretend doctor kept leaving the room to go eat donuts and talk with her coworkers about stuff that was insignificant! Wasn't even work relatable! I know one thing if I stroke out do to my blood pressure or have a heart attack god have mercy on these pretend doctors! I'm fed up I'm very sick and waiting to have my 3rd procedure on my pancreas! I'm suppose to go to Vanderbilt to talk about a pancreatectomy so yes this is serious!
