I would like to say that I was contacted within 30 min of me putting in service request and technicians were very punctual.

have no respect for the customer. i asked questions, the techs acted like they were late for lunch or something. the problem i was having was overlooked. and they left with their 60$ insurance deductible. the last thing i said to the tech was "i guess this was a waste of time" he didn't even reply. no customer service, sloppy work, and poor attitudes. DONT hire these guys!!
