I have been a patient and become a friend of Dr. Luber and the entire staff for about 30 years. I have never had a bad experience and have always been 100% pleased with all the dental procedures I have had there over the years. They also have very reasonable pricing. My wife switched over to Family Dental several years ago and she is as pleased as I am with their service.
I have been a patient at Family Dental Center for almost 20 years. The entire staff have always been friendly, courteous and professional. Everything from cleanings to more complicated dental work has been superb! They do great working with insurance companies and scheduling appointments.

I've been going to family dental for awhile now. I broke a tooth and asked for an appointment. I explained I don't have much time off work left and if she could fix my tooth. Got an appointment went in. Took x-rays and an impression then they tell me they need $$$ up front or they can't treat me today. No one told me when I made the appointment I would need $300 some dollars up front. I was shocked! I have good insurance and I've always paid my bill. I told them what I could pay today and pay the rest when I got paid but it wasn't good enough. THEY TURNED ME AWAY WITH A BROKEN TOOTH!!!! What is this world coming to?? So I wasted what little time I had left at work for nothing!! I went straight to another dentist office and made an appointment but it's 2 weeks from now. Don't go to Family Dental in Kingsport!!!!
